In-House ROWE University
In-House ROWE University is a 2-day immersion into the ROWE change migration strategy – specifically tailored to address your organization’s unique needs.
In this intense, interactive 2-day immersion, CultureRx delivers their proven migration approach. Your staff will work side-by-side with Cali Ressler and Jody Thompson, the creators of ROWE, to exercise proven social change techniques that can unlock and un-stick the inertia of your work culture.
In-House ROWE University PLUS
Companies requiring additional support can utilize In-House ROWE University PLUS. CultureRx can further embed and transfer ROWE into your organization by working with your newly trained facilitators to migrate the first team or division – up to 300 people.
In-House ROWE University Plus also includes the following measurement and reporting:
Pre-migration Culture Audit
The Pre-migration Culture Audit provides a snapshot of the current work environment, and establishes a baseline of the workplace climate, as perceived by managers and employees, in the areas of: Health and Well-being, Work Environment, Performance and Culture.
Check-in Survey
The Check-in survey is administered during Sustain activities to get a glimpse of how the culture is reacting to the change. It supplies information that creates opportunity for ROWE facilitators to provide additional team coaching or support.
Post-migration Culture Audit
Along with the baseline results from the Pre-migration Culture Audit, the Post Audit measures the specific evolution of the workplace culture. It also provides a measure of ‘perceived productivity gain’ that individuals have achieved in the new environment. The Post-migration Culture Audit is administered 6 months after teams have completed migration.
